Polystyrene (PS) is a thermoplastic resin, due to its low price and easy to process, so is widely used. Polystyrene homopolymers (transparent granules) or toughened graft copolymers or blends and elastomer (high-impact polystyrene IPS) form. Polystyrene copolymers in physical properties and thermal properties than the homopolymer increases.
