1, rack structure

2, control system
a. Using PLC and touch screen to complete the automatic cycle process of opening and closing, feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling, demoulding, product ejection, etc.
b. The machine adopts a rotary encoder to control the stroke distance between the solid mold and the mold shift, ensuring that the seam is consistent every time when feeding, and the feeding density is uniform;
c. The machine is equipped with a variety of safety devices.
3, hydraulic system
a. The opening and closing mode is driven by a small cylinder, which is fast, and the conversion is fast and slow. The clamping mode uses a large cylinder diameter auxiliary cylinder and the clamping pressure is high.
b. Configure special auxiliary cylinder pressure relief valve to ensure smooth mold opening.
4, the injection system
a. Using a vertical rotating barrel, the bottom of the barrel is not easy to accumulate and reduce waste.
5, energy system
a. Use a pilot steam decompression system to make the steam pressure more stable.
b. Steam, demoulded compressed air, cooling vacuum pressure, flow rate are independently adjustable.
c. When the machine is heated, it adopts the balance valve control, which can effectively adjust the steam pressure at the outlet of the steam valve to ensure that the steam pressure in the cavity is consistent and the temperature is the same;
6, cooling system
a. The machine vacuum system is mainly composed of vacuum energy storage tank, vacuum condensation tank and high-efficiency water ring vacuum pump. The cooling is mainly vacuum, supplemented by water cooling, so that the water content of the product is lower.
