main feature:

2. The barrel body adopts closed type constant pressure foaming, which has high thermal efficiency and saves steam, saving more than 50% energy than the continuous pre-expansion machine.
3. The foaming barrel temperature adopts the high-precision pilot-operated pressure reducing valve imported from Japan to ensure that the pressure at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve is always constant, ensuring that the temperature difference in the barrel of the pre-expansion machine is controlled at ±1%, so that the EPS beads are consistent. The moisture content is low.
4. Using photoelectric material level control, correctly grasp the capacity of the foaming material, so that the bead density of the foaming material is uniform, and the error is less than 0.1 g/L.
5. The automatic feeding device and the electronic weighing device of the machine are separated from the machine, which avoids the vibration generated by the working process of the machine and affects the accuracy and reliability of the electronic weighing device.
6. The machine is equipped with a fluidized drying bed, which can automatically screen the material from the pre-starting machine, crush the material ball, and automatically transport the foaming material to the curing silo.
7. The computer has a memory function, which can record the grades, specifications, foaming process and parameters of the EPS raw material manufacturer used in the computer. When you need to use the raw materials of the factory in the next time, you can return to the original process by simply pressing the computer touch screen.
8. The electronic components, pneumatic components and valves used in this machine are all domestic and foreign famous brand products.
