2, hydraulic system
a. Drive with one or two hydraulic cylinders, and open and close the mold speed, low power and energy saving.
b. According to the size of the table top, multiple sub-hydraulic cylinders are used for clamping mode, which can ensure the mode-locking balance when the hydraulic system pressure is low.
3, control system
a. Using PLC and touch screen, complete the automatic cycle process of opening and closing, feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling, demoulding, product ejection and so on.
b. The machine adopts rotary encoder to control the stroke distance of the opening and closing mold, ensuring that the seam is consistent every time when feeding, and the feeding density is uniform.
c. Using high-precision sensors, setting the heating pressure parameters directly on the touch screen is accurate and convenient.
4, the injection system
a. Double vertical pressure drum, rotary disc discharge system, a variety of feeding methods to ensure even and full filling.
b. Adopt double valve double gas row on both sides to feed, save air and easy to install.
5, energy system
a. Use a pilot steam decompression system to make the steam pressure more stable.
b. Steam, demoulded compressed air, cooling vacuum pressure, flow rate are independently adjustable.
c. When the machine is heated, it adopts the balance valve control, which can effectively adjust the steam pressure at the outlet of the steam valve to ensure that the steam pressure in the cavity is consistent and the temperature is the same.
6, cooling system
a. The vacuum system of the machine is mainly composed of a vacuum energy storage tank, a vacuum condensation tank and a high-efficiency water ring vacuum pump. The condensed drain pipe is lengthened, the vacuum is mainly used for cooling, and the water cooling is supplemented to make the water content of the product lower.
b. High vacuum cooling system to achieve high temperature demoulding and save steam. The device reserves a central vacuum interface.
